New name, same trusted team, a brighter shared future

It is an extremely exciting moment in the history of our Group. As you may be aware, on February 24, we announced the split of Technicolor group into two separately listed companies. Technicolor Creative Studios (TCS), our visual effect division, will be spun off from the Connected Home and Home Entertainment Services operations by end of Q3, 2022. As a result, on June 14 we have launched VANTIVA, the new name for the Connected Home and Home Entertainment Services activities.

Since we also intend to refinance our existing debt and keep a minority stake in TCS, VANTIVA will have more financial flexibility to grow on its own terms and follow its own strategy.  More than ever before, you will benefit from our exclusive focus on designing, producing and delivering the next generations of high-quality CPE and solutions you require. VANTIVA’s streamlined structure will enable the company to further reinforce its existing relationships with all its customers, partners, suppliers and stakeholders.
